Thinking AI: beyond tools to true transformation

Rahul Gupta and Dr. Jeewan Prakash Gupta published an op-ed in The Statesman making an argument we keep coming back to: buying AI and being changed by it are different events, and most organisations only manage the first.

The piece argues that treating AI as a set of tools produces exactly what tools produce, which is a slightly faster version of the existing process. Transformation requires someone to be willing to change who does the work, not just what they do it with.
